Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties, which are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Incasee Central piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A completed return form must accompany your shipment
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on blouses and shirts if the original protective lining has been removed. All other items (dresses, jumpsuits, and skirts) are eligible for return when the above conditions are met.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
- Complete the Return Form: Include the completed form with your package (template provided below)
- Package Securely: Use the original packaging when possible to prevent damage in transit

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval (timing depends on your financial institution)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement on the return form
- We will ship your new item once the return is received
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Customs fees and international duties are non-refundable
- Mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
