We take care to accurately describe our artisan-crafted blouses, dresses, jumpsuits, shirts, and skirts. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings or the handmade nature of our products.

2.2 Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

2.3 Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may adjust prices due to market conditions but will honor the price at time of order confirmation.

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You represent that your payment information is accurate and authorized.

3.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer service. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

4.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Customers outside the US are responsible for customs fees and import duties.

4.3 Delivery Issues

Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours to qualify for replacement.

5.1 Return Policy

Most unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Blouses and shirts with removed protective lining cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Complete the return form
3. Ship to our Fresno returns center

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after return inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Exchanges

Size/color exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund.

All content on our site (logos, designs, text, images) is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

Incasee Central shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access. Our maximum liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the purchase price.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fresno County courts.
